Your partner in building the business.
Weraki works with owners to build the strategy, business model and operating system, then trains their team to run what was built.
Before founding Weraki, Trương Quỳnh Phương ran operations herself at
- VinShop, One Mount GroupFounding member, CCO and CBDO. A B2B platform for grocery stores, launched October 2020, with revenue of 4,322 billion dong in 2021.
- VingroupHead of Business: VinEco, VinFashion, VinDS.
- CanifaDirector of Sales and Operations.
- Casino Group (Big C Vietnam)Purchasing manager for FMCG and fashion.
Businesses rarely stumble because growth is slow. They stumble when internal capacity can’t keep pace with revenue.
We call that gap growing pains: revenue, customers and scale grow faster than the finance, people, processes and management behind them. It shows most clearly when a business is growing fast or starting to stall, and it rarely heals on its own.
Growing pains tend to appear in three areas
- Strategy and business model Growth keeps getting more expensive: more people and more ad spend just to hold the pace. Revenue rises, but profit doesn’t follow. How Weraki helpsStrategy adviceModel validation
- Operating model Incidents multiply with scale. Teams clash because no one is sure who owns what. New hires take too long to become productive. How Weraki helpsImplementation partnershipPractra
- Management and culture Every decision still lands on the founder’s desk. Responsibility gets passed back and forth between teams. How Weraki helpsCEO OS program

What does your business need?
Each kind of growing pain calls for a different kind of partner. Weraki works in four ways, and you can start with any of them.
Industries we have worked in
Weraki has worked with real clients in the industries below.
- Cross-border e-commerce
- Fashion
- Convenience store chains
- Distribution
- Home furnishings
- Agricultural and food exports
- Technology
- Food & beverage, restaurant chains
- Pharmacy retail
Two frameworks Weraki developed in-house
We use VOS and HOM to decide what to work on first, based on the company’s own numbers.
We start from the revenue target and the gap to actual results. We map the flow of work from input to revenue, test each step against five questions, then agree with the leadership team on which step to fix first. If the data is not strong enough to reach a conclusion, we say so.
- 01Goal and gapTarget revenue versus actual
- 02Map the flowFrom inputs to revenue
- 03Test each stepAgainst five questions
- 04Lock the first fixWith the leadership team
We look at how the company operates today and what the next stage will demand of it. The way it needs to run is worked out from the challenge ahead, not from habit. Then we assess how ready the team is to make the change.

“Very real-world and full of fire, yet grounded in principles and a method to ease the pain. And the method meets global standards, not one of those repackaged versions that swap the concepts around.”
