Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers personal data Weraki receives through weraki.com, including the contact form, registration forms for training programs (CEO OS, CEO Playbook, corporate training), the ebook form and email subscriptions to our insights. Weraki is the controller and processor of this data.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus some technical data the website needs to work:

• –Contact form: name, job title, company, email, phone number (if provided) and your message.
• –CEO OS registration: name, job title, company, email, phone number and number of participants. CEO Playbook and corporate training enquiries: name, job title, company, email, phone number and your message. Ebook form: name, email, and job title and company if provided.
• –Insights subscription: email address.
• –Technical data: browser type, device, pages viewed and time of visit, recorded through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal data through the website.

3. How we use it

• –To reply to your request and arrange a meeting.
• –To confirm your registration and send the schedule and information about the program you registered for.
• –To send new insights to people who have subscribed.
• –To understand how the website is used so we can improve content and experience.

We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Legal basis

Weraki processes personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit a form on the website, and in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

5. Sharing

Weraki does not sell or rent personal data. We only share data:

• –With service providers that help Weraki run the website, send email and store data. Information you submit through forms on the website is forwarded to info@weraki.com through the FormSubmit form-forwarding service. They may only process data on Weraki’s instructions and must keep it confidential.
• –With competent authorities when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact information is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, data is deleted or anonymized unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• –Know about and access the personal data Weraki holds about you.
• –Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• –Ask us to delete your data, or to restrict how it is processed.
• –Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
• –Unsubscribe from insights using the link at the bottom of every email.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure, including encrypted connections, restricted access and providers that commit to confidentiality.

9. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to work and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work fully if cookies are blocked.

10. Changes

Weraki may update this policy. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page with its update date.
