Trương Quỳnh Phương is the founder of Weraki, a partner in building the business for small and mid-sized companies.

She personally leads Weraki’s partnerships and the CEO OS program.

A message from the founder

“Strategy should not be the privilege of a few. It should become a universal capability, one that lets every business owner see, understand and lead the growth of their own company.”

I founded Weraki because I believe strategic thinking can be taught, systematized and scaled. Twenty years in large corporations showed me that many businesses fail despite working hard, because they lack a way of thinking to direct that work.

So Weraki does two things: we advise on strategy, and we build strategic capability inside the business, so it can understand, measure and execute its own strategy with structured methods and technology tools.

I believe an economy grows stronger when each small business learns to think like a large organization: with vision, with systems, and growing from its own capabilities. That is the work Weraki does every day.
